Combine all Dry Spices into a small bowl. High quality spices will make your chili really stand out. Omit the cayenne if your Chili Powder has enough kick.
Drain and rinse your Dark Red Kidney Beans and Sweet Corn, and add to your slow cooker along with your Crushed Tomatoes. Set slow cooker to Low.
Dice your Onions and Red Bell Pepper. Make sure to keep the onion and bell pepper dices around the same size so they cook the same. Crush or mince your Garlic Cloves.
Preheat a large skillet over medium and add your Olive Oil and tilt to coat the pan. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until onion is transparent and garlic is fragrant. Add to slow cooker.
In the same skillet add your Ground Turkey, cook until browned and no pink remains. Add your Dry Spice mixture and cook on low until fragrant. Add to slow cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients to slow cooker, stir well. Put the lid on the slow cooker and let cook for 3 hours.
Enjoy with sour cream, shredded cheddar or any of your favorite chili toppings. Frito's are a great option for a little crunch.
